Return Policy

If you want to return and cancel your purchase, you have the full right to do this 14 days after you received the package. This assumes that you have not used the product or broken the packaging. You will be responsible for the postage for returned packages. It should be clearly stated that you regret your purchase and you must provide your contact details so we know who sent the package back. We recommend that you send back parcels to us that have the package ID. Tex “REK” Recommended package. Refunds are usually made within two weeks and at most, you have to wait 30 days. Depending on the payment method you have chosen, we will refund the amount appropriately. Should the package be opened or the product used, we will send the package back to you and the right of withdrawal does not apply. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.

 

Complaint

If you feel that a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us or advertise the item. When the product is available Hairtastic we make an assessment of the status of the product. Only original errors are covered by the right of complaint. The right of the complaint includes, for example, not errors caused by normal wear and tear or incorrect use, or when you changed the original condition of the product (eg all types of paint treatment). In a complaint, we assess the nature of the product and the estimated life of the product is taken into consideration. If, after review, the item is considered defective/incorrect, you will first be replaced by a new item. If new goods cannot be shipped, the total amount is refunded, including shipping and shipping costs. When complaining about the insertion of hair, we ask you to contact the person/salon who performed the work, as he is responsible for the work done correctly.

In order for Hairtastic to assess the advertised item, the entire item must be returned, this together with a detailed description of the error and how the item is used. Unless the whole item/order returns to us, we cannot fully assess the error of the item and can only assess and possibly repay for the part we have been provided. In case of a complaint of faulty/defective goods, you as a customer are exempt from costs, Hairtastic is responsible for shipping costs for the return against the receipt presented. Please send with receipt or copy of the receipt, for shipping cost. Complaints to Hairtastic must be made within a reasonable time from the time the customer receives the order.

Change If you want to change your order and make a change of color or model, the same rules apply as the right of withdrawal above. The products must be unused and the seal must not be broken. Fill out the exchange form and let us know which product you want to change to. We then send out the desired products usually within 2-3 days. If you wish to exchange for an item that is not in stock, we will contact you and notify you of delivery time.
